2022 The Mondo Sauvignon Blanc

Hand picked Sauvignon Blanc from a vineyard in Kenton Valley looking towards our winery in Gumeracha. The fruit was gently pressed to a mix of tanks and seasoned barrels for a wild fermentation and partial malolactic ferment.
