2021 Clover fields Pinot Noir Syrah

A fresh easy drinking style. Perfect for cool nights but equally suited to being lightly chilled for the warmer summery nights!

A Blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah from Adelaide Hills vineyards. 
The Pinot Noir was wild fermented in small open vats and pressed to large seasoned French oak puncheons. The Syrah portion was fermented in a mix of open and closed vats and pressed to a stainless steel tank for maturation. 
after 9 months the wines were blended and bottled
